Tip #1 Pick a Shopping Buddy or Buddies - You want to have someone to share this with, it's a great opportunity to bond and make memories. You may also need to reel each other in if your doing a little too much, a little support never hurt anyone!
Tip #2 Pick a Shopping District - You can't be everywhere at once, but you want go to a more than one event. The easiest way to do this is to choose a part of town where retail in eminent! In Atlanta, this may be Midtown, Little Five Points, or Atlantic Station. If there are a lot of boutiques and stores in one area, you better believe there are some Fashion's Night Out events happening!
Tip #3 Find Out What Events Are Going On - Once you've nailed where you want to go find out what events are happening so you can plan you rounds! Or vice versa, if you see a lot of events happening in one area, you can plan to make that area your shopping destination!
Tip #4 Eat Something! - I don't know about you, but a hungry Cramel is not a happy Cramel. Eat a light energizing meal before you head out, you don't want hunger to become a distraction or disruption! You may even want to pack a little snack just in case, I suggest almonds, dried cranberries, or peanut butter crackers.
Tip #5 Bring Cash and a Camera - Don't get in a sticky parking situation or even worse, you attend a trunk show, you absolutely have to have something you saw and the vendor only takes cash!! Just do it, get the cash and save yourself a possible headache. Do I really need to explain why you need to bring a camera? Whether it's on your phone or not, just bring one, you'll figure it out when you get there.
Tip #6 Look FIERCE!!!! Don't bring your behind out of the house looking crazy! This night is about fashion, SO LOOK LIKE IT! Besides you never know what blog you might show up in :-)
