There were some other pretty cool notables I visited in Miami while on South Beach that I feel like you guys need to know about.

Here is Star Image. Star Image is definitely the place to come if your looking to get the Jersey Shore look. Rhinestone ecrusted jeans, party dresses, "T-Shirt Time" worthy T-Shirts, and those sneakers that remind me of "red bottoms" for men are all things you can get from this place. Star Image is located on 851 Washington Ave Miami Beach, FL 33139, the customer service was pretty decent. I really liked the lady, wish I would have gotten her name. The next notable is a spot called Whats Up Skate Shop.

 I didn't attempt to take any picture in the shop as it looked like they were in the middle of stocking the store. I still thought the store was pretty nice and the merchandise they had was on point. It was mostly graphic tees. Funny story, my male friend has these graphic tees with these hot photos of women printed on them. I always wondered where he got them and discovered that Whats Up is one of the places you can find shirts like his, I saw two of his shirts in the store. If your into the cool, skate boy look or the college boy look, stop by Whats Up Skate Shop. Its located at 859 Washington Ave Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Last notable boutique I have for you guys is Deco Collection located on 901 Washington Ave Miami Beach, FL. Theres a good mix of men's and women's clothing. The thing that caught my eye were these "attention grabbing" shirts in the door. Parental discrestion is advised for the viewing of these shirts.

Hello Boutique Freaks! I'm bringing you another boutique I visited during my trip in Miami. I actually eyed this boutique when I was in Miami last year in 2010. So I made it one of my missions to get back to this place when I discovered I would be making another trip to Miami. Its called U-Rock Couture. There are a plethora of different shops on South Beach but U-Rock Couture stands out amoung many. The overall theme of the store seems to be to sell anything fabulous and over the top! I loved it. The store decor itself was quite over the top and extravagant.

 

Needless to say I was in complete awe as I walked through the store! Everything is so blingy, so over the top, so glam, with a Cuban or Hispanic flair. My most favorite part of the store were the shoes! I can't say this enough, if you know me you know I love most things with sparkles, glitter, and sequins. Glam :-) The shoes were all these things and more.

These babies run around $150 to $200 a pop. They seem pretty well made, so I'd say they're worth it. The other reason I feel like they're worth it are because the Gianmarco Lorenzi shoes that these beauties are inspired by cost around $2,750 to $3,000. You make the call. U-Rock Couture is also fill with other glams clothes and accessories, like the completely necessary blinged out Dwayne Wade jersey the mannequinn is holding below, rhinestone rimmed shades, and glamerous belts

 

U-Rock Couture is definitely the place to find all these glamerous, blingy, and over the top! So if your ever your ever in Miami and your looking for some pieces that will set you apart from the competition, stroll on down Ocean Drive and visit U-Rock Couture Boutique.   Isn't she lovely???? Anybody that knows me well knows I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE SEQUINS!! Anyways, thats just a sample of the fabulousness that Dash has "in store". As far as prices go, Dash is what I'd like to call moderately expensive. The dress that I loved so much cost about $600. So if you plan on shopping in Dash make sure you bring your big girl wallet! Otherwise you can fill your shopping bags with bottles of Kardashian water, candles, and other knick knacks they have to sell to people that want to come in the store but not leave empty handed...

Hello Boutique Freakers! Well it October and I know alot of you guys are starting to look for one of a kind pieces for upcoming costume parties, events..so of you just love finding new places to hunt for one of a kind pieces. Well all know Vintage is the way to go when your looking for price savy exclusivity! Well, my sister and I were on our way to grab dinner at Little Azio on Moreland (try the Tortellini entree, its awesome!), and I saw a new store in the same plaza.

 

Its called the Lucky Exchange. There are two locations, theres the new location I visited at 749 Moreland Ave Atlanta, GA 30316, and theres the original

location at 212 Ponce De Leon Ave Atlanta, GA 30308. The Lucky Exchange reminds me of a smaller version of The Clothing Warehouse. It is very

organized and easy to shop vintage and modern clothing and accessories. They have some cute accessories, I questioned the quality of some of the

pieces but there were some cute things there.

   

There is something else that makes the Lucky Exchange different and its all in the name. They specialize in the resale of Men's and Women's clothing and accessories. They offer cash and store credit for unique or name brand apparel and accessories. Lucky Exchange asked that the clothing is clean, free of stains, and needs no repair. For any other details give them a call. So if your interested in shopping for something new and different pieces, try the Lucky Exchange. Hello Boutique Freaks! So this wasn't originally suppose to be my next post, BUT I had such an amazing time here I had to share it! My partner in crime and I were taking a leisurely stroll down Peachthree Street. We were headed CB2 (Crate & Barrel and lkea married each other and created CB2) and I saw this boutique and literally ran across the street. I was put on to My My My a little while ago by one of my friends. Shout out to Kudzi, follow him on twitter @SirGarde (He's one of the dopest people I know) I think he does work at a another boutique called Coposhi. Look for a future post on Coposhi as well! But back to the story. So I walk in and its like I walked into an enchanted world. Don't believe me? Look.
 
 
Enchanting right??! My My My! Atlanta marries vintage and modern apparel and accessories. I love it! And associates there are just as appealing as the boutique! All of them were soooo nice! They were also very informative and they made it a point to make sure my friend and I knew that all their prices were negotiable. Another really special thing about My My My are the accessories they have available. There is a line of what I like to call "Sparkly" Shoes there made by designer and Atlanta Native Erica Jones. There is also an AMAZING line of crystal jewelry and accessories by designer Princess Brandy. Princess Brandy's designs have been featured on episodes of VH1's Single Ladies. One particular piece I remembered that I saw in the display case at the shop was a silver and clear crystal clutch carried by Stacy Dash's character Valerie on the show ( I want to say it was the first episode). Some of the clothing at My My My was also used to dress the ladies of VH1's hit show Single Ladies. You can find My My My! Atlanta at 900 Peachtree Street NE Atlanta, GA 30309. The store is open Tuesday - Sunday 11am - 7pm and Monday by appointment or "chance". I really feel love with this place and I'm sure you can find many one of a kind and get custom pieces here!
